Online Purchase Instructions:

1. Download the Scrip Order Form and decide what Scrip you would like to purchase.
   
   
2. Select the monetary denomination of one item of scrip you would like to purchase. For example, if you want to purchase several $100 American Express Cards, you would select a Scrip Denomination of $100.
   
   
3. Type in the name of the scrip you are purchasing. IMPORTANT!!! Please only list 1 name for each denomination. You can add additional items to your order after the first item is selected. For example, if you wanted one $100 American Express Card and one $25 Shell Card, you would select Scrip denomination $100 then type in Scrip name American Express and hit the "Add to Cart" button, then repeat the same process for the new denomination and scrip name (Shell).
   
   
4. You also have the option to make this a recurring subscription by filling out the Scrip Credit Card Authorization Form by returning it to the front office. This way, your recurring order will be processed on a day you specify every month.
